Salary: Entry level role / negotiable depending on experience

Location: Hybrid Working. Please note, a full driving license and access to a car is required for the role, as traveling will be required for onsite client content creation.

Experience: A degree in Marketing (BSc) or equivalent. Preferably, candidates will have at least 1 year(s) experience in a similar role.

We’ve architected the content marketing strategies for the one of the most well known car companies in the world and managed the brand imagery of one of the UK’s leading cosmetics brands. Not only do we create compelling content, but we distribute it to the right audience. You’ll be working to deliver success for our extensive client base across Northern Ireland, Ireland, Mainland UK and further afield in industries such as hospitality, beauty, healthcare, construction and more.

HBW are in the midst of a growth period, and are subsequently looking to hire an experienced and talented Digital Marketing Executive to join the team. The role of a marketing executive will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. As a Digital Marketing Executive you will draw on your digital skills, specifically organic social media management, to support the wider social & content team and will work directly on a range of client social media accounts including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. A creative mindset and flair for design is a bonus!

What we are looking for

  • Possess a second level qualification and/or degree in marketing or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 1 years Digital marketing experience in a similar role
  • Experience of creating writing across all channels including website, social media, email marketing and internal communications campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of e-marketing tactics and reporting
  • Flair and passion for creative writing and natural interest in social media
  • Creative thinker willing to take risks and challenge status quo
  • Confident communicator willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised, efficient and detail oriented.
  • You think creatively and will try (almost) anything once.

Responsibilities of the role include

  • Supporting the Marketing Director with the creation and implementation of innovative and engaging marketing campaigns. This includes brainstorming, research, product sourcing, supplier management, budgeting and scheduling.
  • You will be involved in defining, designing, building, implementing, and managing digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Creation of campaign content for digital marketing channels, including writing copy for web, social media, and email marketing. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Advertising – planning and managing advertising campaigns and strategies, including: billboards, magazines, online ads, social media campaigns.
  • Design and Print – managing artwork job lists, briefing designers, copywriting, proofing, sourcing print quotes, prioritising tasks and ensuring the smooth process from brief to delivery of all marketing collateral
  • E-mail marketing – includes copywriting, creation of emails (via MailChimp) management of database, reporting, development.
  • Website updates – ensuring that all websites have the relevant information and that all information, events, menus, etc. are up to date. This involves using our Content Management Systems and liaising with web agencies directly.
  • Administration – purchase order management, budget management, fielding general marketing enquiries, managing photography requests, product sourcing, meeting planning and minute taking, etc.
  • PR – liaising with PR agency regarding opportunities for all outlets, managing requests for photoshoots, quotes or other PR related content.
